Matt has an extensive range of business interests. He is a partner and co-founder of Altair, an executive coaching and leadership advisory firm that works with the CEOs and ExCos of major public and private companies. He also chairs CIL, a high-growth international management consultancy, and serves on the board of Howard Kennedy LLP, a UK legal services partnership.
Matt is also a Trustee at Modern Art Oxford, a leading UK contemporary art institution, and at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), a world-leading authority on global security, political risk and military conflict.
Matt is a graduate of Oxford University and has an MBA from INSEAD. He is also an accredited coach having graduated from the Meyler Campbell one-year Mastered programme.
