Headshot of Alice Noizet

Alice has extensive experience investigating complex frauds and financial disputes. She has led investigations and data analysis teams for many French and cross-border projects in EMEA, as well as in APAC and Americas.

Previously, Alice led the investigations practice and supervised the forensic team in France for the global audit and consulting firm of which she was a partner. For international groups, public institutions and multilateral organizations, she has conducted numerous internal investigations of various frauds –  including embezzlement, misuse of company assets, corruption, and accounting and procurement fraud – as well as  violations of human or employee rights. She coordinated the work of various investigators and analysts, including accounting experts, digital forensics specialists, and those conducting open source research.

As a senior inspector for the Investigations Department of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF),  Alice investigated suspected market abuses and improper financial communication by listed companies. As a legal expert for the Enforcement Committee of the Authority, she participated in the first proceeding against a high frequency trading company.

Alice began her career as an attorney-at-law at the Paris Bar, then joined a financial company as in-house counsel in charge of litigation where, during the subprime crisis, she handled disputes in the asset management and private banking practices.

Alice is a legal expert registered at the Versailles Court of appeal as a Financial Markets specialist.  She also acts as a financial expert in the context of litigation or amicable proceedings.

A graduate from HEC Business School, she is a part-time lecturer at Paris Dauphine PSL University.
