Last week, Managing Director, Chief Security Officer, & Co-Lead for Physical Security & Threat Mitigation, Timothy Gallagher, spoke to CBS News about the active shooter incident at Fort Stewart military base in Georgia.
While on air, Tim discussed the importance of scraping the internet, searching electronics, and exploring who the attacker may have been in contact with before and after the incident. Tim went on to explain that as the FBI builds their case, a lot of people will need to be interviewed, the base’s perimeter will be continually secured, and agents will be on the lookout for others who may have an axe to grind with the military. During his interviews, Tim touched on questions such as what takes someone from ideation to action, who knew what and when, and how the criminal case will come together.
Tune in at minute 4:40 to listen to Tim and listen to his second appearance here.
