We are pleased to welcome Mark Kronfeld to the firm as Managing Director & Head of Bankruptcy, Restructuring, & Special Situations. Mark will be based in the firm’s New York office.
Mark brings three decades of experience as a bankruptcy lawyer, distressed investor, restructuring advisor, independent fiduciary, prosecutor, and professor. In his role, Mark will focus on providing trustee and fiduciary services – including acting as an independent director, litigation trustee, liquidating trustee, receiver, examiner, or on special committees – as well as providing restructuring advisory services, litigation support, and investigative services.
