Nardello & Co. Managing Director & Counsel to the CEO, Howard Master, worked with a team of lawyers at KKL LLP to file a second amicus brief in the Supreme Court of the United States on behalf of three clients whose public corruption convictions were unanimously overturned by the Court: Former Governor Robert McDonnell, Bridget Anne Kelly, and Joseph Percoco.
The brief was filed in support of a petition that addresses a legal issue of continuing importance to donors, public officials, and our political system. Nardello & Co. is proud to support Howard’s work on the brief pro bono.
