Examiner’s Report into FTX

In May 2024, court-appointed Independent Examiner Robert Cleary, Esq., issued a report on FTX’s bankruptcy proceeding that highlighted Nardello & Co.’s many contributions to FTX’s successes in bankruptcy. Following FTX’s collapse in 2022, the company’s new CEO instructed Nardello & Co. to help lead the effort to investigate the circumstances of the exchange’s collapse, respond to claims, recover billions of dollars of assets for the estate, develop information on the company’s prior leadership, and map contributions to politicians and nonprofit organizations. The Independent Examiner’s Report discusses many of the matters in which our work has supported successful litigation and asset recovery efforts.
