Managing Director, Chief Security Officer & Co-Lead for Physical Security & Threat Mitigation Tim Gallagher spoke with Global Investigations Review about how to best mitigate inherent risks when conducting investigations on the ground for clients in Mexico.
During their interview, Tim leverages his expertise to highlight the fact that risks are heightened exponentially by insiders who are also on the payroll of threat actors and represent the ‘hybrid threat.’ According to Tim: “There’s obviously the external threats and there’s the insider risk, but this is the hybrid threat where it’s a well-oiled transnational criminal organization, and what they’re targeting is facilitated by an insider.”
