Managing Director Christopher Urben was interviewed by the Portland Press Herald about Chinese criminal groups and how they continue to cement their hold on America’s cannabis industries.
According to Chris: “They’re [Chinese criminal groups] always going to beat the legit market. When they can, they’ll repackage it, rename it and they’ll move their product into the legit market. And they’re always going to beat it on cost.” During his time as a US Drug Enforcement Administration special agent, Chris was responsible for operations targeting Chinese money laundering and Chinese organized crime globally.
