Chris Urben Testified Before the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations

On July 23, 2025, Managing Director Chris Urben testified before the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations as an expert on Transnational Criminal Organizations (“TCOs”). During his testimony, Chris explained how Mexican cartels and other TCOs have been affected by, and are responding to, recent U.S. enforcement trends. Chris also described how Nardello & Co. is advising clients on how to mitigate threats posed by TCOs and risks of U.S. enforcement actions.
