Prior to joining Nardello & Co., Ajay held a broad range of senior finance and administrative roles. Most recently, he was global chief financial officer and a director at international strategic communications consultancy FGS Global, where he helped drive the firm’s expansion through several mergers and acquisitions, which led private equity firm KKR to purchase a stake.
Before that, Ajay was the global chief financial and administrative officer of Kroll Bond Rating Agency, where he helped raise capital and position the firm for significant growth. He also served as the first chief financial officer of a related international risk consultancy, overseeing the implementation of its finance and administrative infrastructure.
Earlier in his career, Ajay held leadership positions at Marsh McLennan, including vice president, assistant treasurer, and global chief financial officer of Guy Carpenter. As an early member of Goldman Sachs’s business intelligence team, he helped to manage worldwide investigative research efforts. Ajay began his career as a forensic accountant at a leading global risk consulting firm.
