Exploration leads to full settlement
Nardello & Co. was retained to search for assets of an African nation to satisfy a multi-million dollar judgment. Our investigative team identified businesses and assets which were previously unknown to the client (including private US companies in which the target country held a significant stake), oil and gas concessions involving payments from foreign companies to the federal government of the target country and the bank used to distribute interest payments on a public bond issue.
The client used our findings in a legal action that ultimately led to full payment of the judgment.
