Living our values
Top-tier investigations are about more than fact-finding. Maintaining the highest ethical standards and doing things "the right way" are the cornerstones of our firm, standards on which we refuse to compromise. We adhere to the highest professional and evidentiary ethical standards, while our values are reflected in our standing in the market and commitment to pro bono and charitable work. An unreserved advocate for professional accountability in our sector, Dan Nardello created a CLE course on ethical investigations.
Integrity
Acting ethically and legally is of paramount importance to us. We respect the laws of the countries in which we have offices and in the jurisdictions in which we work. Our clients’ confidences are sacrosanct and we rigorously screen for conflicts.
Excellence
We don’t believe in menu-driven investigations or a democracy of facts. We are exhaustive but focused in providing our clients with the highest quality of intelligence because we know that the difference between “information” and evidence is the difference between average and excellent.
Responsiveness
We focus on our clients’ objectives and tailor our investigative strategies accordingly. There are no layers between the professionals who do the work and the clients we serve. We are available around the clock and around the world.
Collaboration
We know that no two cases are the same. We take the time to get to know our clients and their concerns. We collaborate seamlessly across global offices and engage well-vetted consultants when necessary. We respect budgets and deadlines. We believe it is our job to improve our clients’ businesses and lives.
Our pro bono work
Through our pro bono work, we continue to dedicate our unique skills and resources to causes that align with our firm values. Here are some examples.
Supporting non-profit organizations
We believe it is important to support the communities in which we work. On behalf of our employees around the world, it has been and will continue to be our privilege to support causes that serve the public, including:
